I asked for a refund due to a printing error i supplied photo’s as requested the reply i received was terrible. The cushion is cheap material and customer service appalling see email below ::::
From the beginning, we repeatedly asked you to provide clear photos of the correct parcel, but you didn’t cooperate and instead used a different insert. Only after we pointed that out did you send the correct one, which made our after-sales process very difficult.
This is our final offer — we can provide a 20% refund since you’re not satisfied with the item.
Alternatively, we can send you a replacement cushion cover instead.

This little dish is lovely and I use it every evening when I take off my rings and earrings, as I place them in the dish I remember my sisters and all our happy times together. Would definitely buy again.
This is lovely but the only down side is the cable is so small that to have it plugged in I would have to have it in corner and would not be able to see it. Have had to order an extension usb connector. I thought this was going to be battery operated so that’s my only moan as apart from this it’s fab
