Just received my order but the size is not the correct measurement. Something to think about is ordering a size up from your normal size.

Lovely belt - however when threading belt as a man would wear (purchased for Father’s Day as promoted) the customised writing is upside down. I tried to explain this to the company, to be told it was me who was wrong because the belt was designed by a lady who knew what she was doing. I was also told how could it be because the company had soooo many positive reviews so it was a me issue - but I notice only 2 reviews (both 5 stars - how could so many ppl be happy)
If you expect the customisation to be the right way up as the user wears it - don’t purchase for a man!
Customer service = arrogant response
I will not be purchasing anything from this company again

I ordered this shirt for my husband and we were both so excited to get it with all 10 of our grandbabies names and active figure on it only to be dissapointed because it was too small. I wrote to the company and to my amazement they responded the very same day and offered a credit for a new shirt. The shirt itself is really really nice and the print was so cute that 1 ended up upsizing and ordered 2 in different colors. So my advice is to order a size larger than you typically wear. But like I said, great customer service!

Very cute and sturdy, the photos came out beautiful. The only complaint I have is that I chose “How lucky are we” to be in the middle and I was given “Lucky inlove” which is not a big deal.

Lovely glasses, however you can not use the boxes they come in as a present if you order more than one they are so sellotaped together the boxes are ruined. Shame as spoilt the present and would not have bought if I realised. They should send you flat packed boxes as spare to give as presents in my case 4. I would have paid extra if I had known

It fits more like a "slim" fit, than "regular" fit. Nice print. The polyester fabric is not like the polyester of a golf shirt, so we'll see how it performs in the heat (I'll come back & let you know).

I must say the quality is so good!
All the names of our grandchildren stand out and they love it . We were out today at the shops and we had a lady come up and said she really liked my husband’s shirt and where did we get it .. she got straight on to order one 🙂

I sent for these for my sisters forgetting myself. Once I saw them I wanted one too. It’s just arrived and I’m so impressed with the quality, the writing is small but this adds to the charm the piece. Well worth the money.

Received the beautiful cups but these was for a Christmas present and the borxes was damaged and the boxes was tapped together, this was very disappointing I had to take them out the boxes and wrap in tissue paper

Bought as a gift and it is absolutely beautiful I will be purchasing more soon .

Took a while to arrove but sp worth it. The picture is so crisp and sharp, every detail is clear. Looks like a proffessional artist has painted it. So so happy, surpassed all my expectations

I ordered this for my partners children for their Xmas tree, With their late mom in the picture. The snowflake is pink and perfect. I was a little disappointed that it only came wrapped in bubble wrap as I thought it would come in a little box. My partner thought it was a perfect gift that he has ordered more for each of the children. His came with a beautiful box. Thats the only downfall. Otherwise perfect.

What a pleasant surprise when this arrived, attention to detail was perfect, managed to get all 7 grandchildren names, someone is going to be so happy opening this Christmas morning. Would definitely buy from again. Shipping was as expected, but was informed along the way.
